Comment on Mentoring Others Will Help You Grow by Peter Comrie http://www.judimoreo.com/blog/?p=380&cpage=1#comment-433 Peter Comrie Wed, 18 Apr 2012 04:16:58 +0000 http://www.judimoreo.com/blog/?p=380#comment-433 Oh this one is easy Judi. My example of “The Greatest Volunteer” is Brock Tully of Vancouver, B.C. Canada. Brock is the man behind The World Kindness Concert.

The World Kindness Concert was created 11 years ago by this one special man, and has become one of the most special musical events in Vancouver ever since. His goal was to promote kindness and help people reconnect to their hearts. In addition to being the Founder of The World Kindness Concert, The Kindness Foundation of Canada, an Author of 8 books, a University Football Coach and an Inspirational Speaker, Brock Tully was also the first man to ride his bicycle around North America three times to promote world kindness. Brock’s courage and dedication has been an inspiration to thousands of people and proves that the positive actions of one individual can change our world.

You can get to know him, and his amazing impact at:

This is a great initiative Judi, and I know we’ll be hearing about some great folks.

I'd prefer to lay one of those on someone else, rather than myself. I've missed you at Curves lately. Seems we go at different times, but Barbara keeps me up to date with all that you are doing. Follow the weight watchers program. And work out at Curves a minimum of 3 times a week and walk on a treadmill the other 2. Cleaning the house and doing errands on the weekend keep me active. There are times that I fall into my old habits - having sugar and not eating well but I give myself a dope slap and get back on track. Tonight is one of those dope slap times. Easter got in the way - having too much ham which is high in salt which I limit so I know I need to purge my system of all this salt by flushing my system with water. Hopefully it will be all better by the end of the week. You only have so much time on this earth and you've got to make the best of it......so take care of the one and only body you are given - - - and be a good friend to yourself you're the only person who spends eternity with you. Love you Judi! You are one incredible woman and am very happy to call you my friend!!! I eat lots of vegetables and fruits. Follow the weight watchers program. I am unsure if I accept total responsibility, however, because I could not have accomplished any of it without the support my wonderful, gracious, loving friends:) Thank you for being one of those friends through your all inspiring books and speeches! Hugs, Pamela Judi
